American Chopper: The Final Hurrah

Two seasons ago, I wrote about the impending cancellation of American Chopper.  That time, Junior and Senior were at the height of their legal battle and it was taking its toll on the show.  As a fan, I felt that it was an abrupt and  untimely end to a great show.  Fortunately, TLC/Discovery was able to salvage the series with a spin off titled Junior vs. Senior where the two Teutuls are now business competitors with Junior running his own bike building company Paul Junior Designs.  But the show has run its course and what a run it was!  10 years of bike building creativeness and spiced with a family dysfunction like no other!  So what better way to end the show than with a four way build off with last year's second placer Jesse James and new comer Gas Monkey Garage getting in the mix with both Teutul companies.  Aside from this, it was a new beginning for father and son who has now on the way of mending their ways.

It all started with the Jet Bike...

Junior doing the R&D at the USS Intrepid

Junior fabricating the gas tank cockpit.
Junior posing for the American Muscle Magazine.

Senior reminiscing the 10 years gone by.

Father and son mending their ways via a bike build.

Teary eyed upon seeing their very first bike they built.

Good luck, God Bless, and More Power!
